The manufacturer’s instructions say the trainer may slip out when you first begin. You can gently hold it in place with a finger while exercising. Breathe normally and avoid excess pressure. If use is uncomfortable or painful, stop and ask a healthcare professional for advice.

The leaflet does not give a specific waiting period after birth. Ask your doctor or midwife when using an internal trainer is appropriate for you, especially if you have pain or an injury. Do not use COME during pregnancy.
