Before and during use
- When not to use it
- Do not use COME during pregnancy, with injuries in the genital area, or if you are prone to vaginal infections or disorders. Consult your doctor or healthcare professional.
- If you have an IUD
- The leaflet recommends asking your doctor for advice about your individual situation before use.
- Positioning
- For vaginal use only. Insert only the small and middle rounded parts. The wide base and movement indicator remain outside. To remove the trainer, hold the flattened, curved base.
- Comfort during use
- Find a comfortable seated or partly reclined position. If insertion is uncomfortable or painful, adjust your pelvic position and relax. Ask your doctor if you have questions. If the trainer slips out at first, the leaflet suggests gently holding it in place with a finger.
- Exercise gently
- Breathe normally and avoid excessive pressure. Relax fully between contractions and afterwards. Adapt the routine to your own abilities and needs. Use lubricant if needed; the manufacturer recommends HOT Glide.
Cleaning and storage
- Wash your hands before using COME. This is a personal product: do not share it with anyone else.
- Clean thoroughly under lukewarm, running water before and after every use. The manufacturer recommends HOT Cleaning Spray for cleaning. Do not use aggressive detergents.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean towel before storing.
- Keep COME in its hygiene storage case, out of reach of children.
- The leaflet recommends replacing COME after a few months for hygiene. It does not give an exact replacement interval.
