See instead of guess

The indicator lowers as you contract and rises as you release, so you can observe the movement.

02

At your own pace

Set aside a quiet moment for exercise and your own well-being. Just six minutes a day.

03

Intentionally low-tech

No app. No subscription. Just a simple trainer that keeps your attention on your body.

Frequently asked questions

How discreet is the delivery, really?

Plain outer box with no branding and no product name on the label. The sender reads as a logistics code and the card statement shows a neutral descriptor. Nothing on the outside indicates what is inside.

How do I know I am training the right muscle?

Contract, and the indicator lowers. Relax, and it rises. Watch this movement as you practise, and allow the muscles to relax fully between contractions.

How long does a session take, and how often?

About six minutes, daily to begin with. After one to two weeks the instructions suggest two sessions a day. Treat that as guidance and adjust it to how your body responds. There is no benefit in forcing it.

What if the wand slides out at first?

The manufacturer’s instructions say the trainer may slip out when you first begin. You can gently hold it in place with a finger while exercising. Breathe normally and avoid excess pressure. If use is uncomfortable or painful, stop and ask a healthcare professional for advice.

Which of the two boxes should I choose?

Both kits include the same trainer, storage case and instructions. Choose Solo for the trainer on its own, or Bundle for the added water-based lubricant and cleaning spray.

Is this safe after giving birth?

The leaflet does not give a specific waiting period after birth. Ask your doctor or midwife when using an internal trainer is appropriate for you, especially if you have pain or an injury. Do not use COME during pregnancy.

Your routine starts with you.

Choose the set that suits you. The trainer inside both is the same.
